Turbo Testing Engineer
Responsible to lead the turbocharger test To work with application & validation team to fully understand the test requirement;
To take lead the test preparation, to ensure test instrumentation and test sample setup properly;
Leading to conduct test, ensure test data properly and test complete on time.
To support application & validation team to conduct data analysis and failure analysis. To support equipment engineer to maintain the measurement devices To support equipment engineer to calibrate the test equipment and measurement instrumentation on time;
To support equipment engineer Above 5 years experience (excl. training) in turbocharger or engine testing field Major in Internal combustion engine, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, testing & measuring methodology

Production Manager
Coordinate with quality department; ensure product quality up to standards.
Organize draw up yearly, month and week production plan and carry out the plan according to the sales order and production output.
Responsible for deployment of production processes.
Calculate production cost correctly and control it.
Responsible for managing on production equipment and tools, ensure the equipment performance meet company’s required level Responsible for drawing up purchase plan of materials and follow-up procurement of equipment.

Development Engineer
The main purpose of this role is mechanical reverse engineering of turbocharger parts and the production of drawings.
The candidate will be working as part of the engineering team and his/her work must be delivered on time and to the necessary quality standard.
The successful candidate must have worked within a similar role previously and have experience on precision mechanical engineering within an ISO9001 environment.

He/She must also have knowledge and experience of 3D and 2D design and drafting techniques, preferably using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of measurement principles and equipment, and knowledge of turbocharger technology would be advantageous.
The candidate must be able to communicate in written English and the ability to speak English would also be an advantage.
This vacancy is within a fast moving environment where he/she will be required to display a high level of initiative, flexibility and the ability to multi-task.
Team work is the fundamental to success and thus must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels.

Background in mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing is essential.
Minimum of 5 year experience in design/drafting .
Required to reverse engineer turbocharger parts, which will involve in Preparing detail drawings for mass production,
using SolidWorks / AutoCAD, which will include GD&T knowledge Operating a large variety of measurement and metrology equipment,Material identification and specification. Liaising with in-house and sub-contract manufacturing suppliers.
Controlling the development process of parts from start to mass production by use of the company drawing and database systems.

Turbocharger Aerodynamic Design
1 Turbocharger impeller design;
2. Working out the geometric parameters of Impeller (beta angle, vane thickness,etc.) in accordance with the development objectives;
3 Designing turbocharger Flow path, and its basic calculation of geometric parameters
4 is responsible for the design process and norms in the field, to cutting-edge technology turbocharger pneumatic components have a certain understanding); Setting the Process and Standards, with a good knowledge of turbocharger pneumatic components
5 Taking the lead in ​​systemic problems (low cycle fatigue, high cycle fatigue, gas separation, NVH causes analysis and solutions)
